Instrument of Distraint | RVO INC Asset Division

I. STATEMENT OF FACT: This digital interface serves as an Instrument of Distraint regarding the DNS architecture formerly utilized by the Johnny3x Rust Network. Following the unlawful termination of the Developer/Administrator by the primary Respondent, the Developer—acting as the exclusive purchaser and title-holder of all network domains—has exercised his Jus Disponendi (Right of Disposal).

II. PROOF OF PURCHASE: Be it known that the assets within Portfolio J3X-001 were procured via IONOS (1&1 IONOS Inc.) using private personal capital and verified financial instruments. Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and the terms of service established by IONOS, the registrant status and legal title reside exclusively with the purchaser. The Respondent has failed to provide any counter-evidence of financial contribution toward these procurement costs.

III. REQUISITION & TRANSFER: As of the timestamp of this instrument, all titles, interests, and administrative controls held within the IONOS ecosystem have been legally transferred to the RVO INC Asset Division. The assets are currently held in a reversionary trust. The Respondent is hereby granted a 365-day exclusive preemptive right to bid for the return of these titles.

IV. MARKET RELEASE: Upon the conclusion of the 365-day cycle, any remaining Preemptive Rights are forfeited, and the assets will be released into the global marketplace for acquisition by the highest bidder.

Master Legal Instruments

Article I: Primacy of Title (IONOS Procurement)

The Holder (RVO INC) asserts that digital domain assets are personal property (chattel) purchased through IONOS via private funds. Under common law, the transfer of labor or services (employment/collaboration) does not imply a transfer of title for assets purchased by the individual. Registrant details at IONOS serve as prima facie evidence of absolute title.

Article II: Administrative Distraint

Administrative Distraint is the extrajudicial seizure of property to ensure the performance of an obligation. In this matter, the obligation is the fair market settlement for assets utilized by the Respondent's network. RVO INC has assumed "Constructive Possession" of all DNS pointers to protect the equity value of the assets.

Article III: Reversionary Interests

The Respondent's previous use of the domains was under a "Revocable License" granted by the Owner. Upon the termination of the relationship between Owner and Respondent, said license was terminated. All interests in the domains reverted instantly to the Owner, who has subsequently assigned them to RVO INC.

Article IV: Compound Accrual Methodology

Asset valuation is calculated via the RVO-DELTA Algorithm, reflecting the diminishing window of the Preemptive Right period and the increasing overhead of administrative holding. Prices displayed are prima facie evidence of market value within this private equity framework.

Article V: Settlement & Release

Release of the lien is contingent upon (a) receipt of cleared funds in the amount of the current daily minimum, and (b) execution of a Mutual Release of Liability. RVO INC reserves the right to decline any settlement that does not meet the "Clean Title" requirements of its Asset Division.

Article VI: Jus Disponendi & Right to Transfer

The Owner of the assets retains the absolute Jus Disponendi. The termination of the Owner's involvement in the Johnny3x network acts as a "Triggering Event" for the formal requisition. As the legal entity owner, RVO INC has the authority to move assets into Private Equity status to prevent unauthorized use of its property by third parties without a valid lease agreement.
